Recently we changed servo amplifier becze of the same alarm along with 310& 330 came & as per the instruction from one service engineer we changed the servo amplifier, after replacing the same msg came & we resetted the alarm 310& 330 by re entering the parameter, but 520 overtravel +z & 434 servo alarm: 3 axis detect error alarm is still active & m/c is getting NOT READY.
